You must be 21 or older to use this site or place an order. A valid government photo ID is checked at every pickup. Orders that fail ID check are canceled.
Orders and in-store pickup
Prices, availability, and stock come from our in-store register and can change. We may cancel or adjust an order if an item is unavailable. Orders are for in-store pickup only at 1401 Northwest Hwy Suite 107, Garland, TX — we do not offer curbside or delivery at this time. Unclaimed orders may be restocked after 24 hours.
Payment
Payment is collected at handoff by cash, Zelle, Chime, or card tap-to-pay. Card payments carry a 5% surcharge. Sales tax applies. All sales are final except for defective items, which must be reported at the time of handoff.
Text messages
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from 333 Smoke Shop about your account and orders, and marketing messages if you selected that option. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Giveaways
No purchase necessary to enter or win. Open to Texas residents 21 and older. Entries are earned by signing up, by placing an order, and by referrals. Winners are drawn at random and contacted at the number on file; a winner must claim the prize in store with valid ID.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, resell products in violation of law, or provide false age or identity information. We may refuse service to anyone.
